Just the other day, I was wondering about Dover’s 400th anniversary in 2023 and thinking COVID-19 must have caused the committee to push things to the back burner. Little did I know there was big stuff coming, as Kevin McEneaney, chair of Dover400 committee advised me. The members of the committee have been meeting regularly as they work on the story of our 400 years.
