A short time thereafter three individuals showed up at our Fourth District station. They said that they were at the burger king eating. When they were leaving, they were approached by a group of five to 10 males. These individuals started throwing rocks at their vehicle and tried to get in their vehicle and for fear for their personal safety they left the area. Reporter police say the boy was critically injured but that the 21yearold driver of the suv claims he had no idea hed hit anyone. Police say its unclear if the teen w struck by the vehicle was one of the rock throwing attackers and it is unclear how or why the confrontation happened. To die in a Domestic Violence situation so far this year in Prince Georges County. Later this morning in just a bit, the states attorney is going to be gathering with members of the Faith Community hare in the neighborhood. Theyre going to be calling for family unity and an end to the violence that has claimed so many lives. Now this weekends tragedy began here on farmer place in ft. Washington. Police say 38yearold Frederick Miller came to the home and shot his 3yearold daughters maternal grandfather and great grandmother. He then took off with his daughter. It didnt take police long to catch up with miller. There was a chase and an exchange of gunfire. Now miller was killed, and when police took a good look inside the car, thats when they discovered his young daughter. Police say the child had been stabbed and shot by her father. She was pronounced dead at an area hospital. Miller was involved in an ongoing custody battle over his 3yearold daughter. Now were going to be here for the

There were probably 100 people here just chucking anything they could. Rocks and stones and pieces of wood. This morning. A Police Spokesperson tells me this information was not brought up in this mornings News Conference because police were working to confirm whether the woman was in the cruiser with him, which they have since done. The police chief says this morning no other officers were in the cruiser with officer raban when he lost control of his cruiser. Weve learned of the second person from a witness. I said oh, my god, something is wrong. I ran out and there was we run down and, you know, and then know what happened. [ indiscernible ] we had an opportunity to pull the incar camera information. Were interviewing people as we speak to find out if that in facts what was happening. But what i can tell you is in the 9500 block, he lost control of the vehicle and left the roadway.
