Working crews like these guys, some of them from east bay mudd. Here from all over the bay area work around the clock to repair all that is broken. Residents along this napa street tell us this mini river has been running since sundays earthquake. Ive noticed that the whole entire week, water looking throughout the whole street. I thought they fixed it. Aparentally not. Luckily for us we still have water. Its a scene thats playing out all over this neighborhood and others, especially on the west side of town. According to the city crews still have about 45 water main breaks to repair and about 400 customers without Water Service. As part of a mutual aid agreement water departments all over the bay area and Northern California are here to help, including five crews from east bay mudd. You dont plan to have so much of your infrastructure affected all at once. You only plan for that in the sense of Emergency Planning so thats why the Mutual Aid Agreements are in place so other agencies ge
