Near 1520 locust street where witnesses described two explosions that blew off a manhole cover into the street and creating small fire according to witnesses. One man standing nearby said he heard a series of explosions. Well hear from him in a second. The fire daement is on the scene and they evacuated five employees near the explosion point. They were taken out as a precaution. It disrupted workout classes at fly wheel gym across the street them. Were evacuated too. Heres how people in the area described what happened.
