Reporter video shows the man who police say is in his mid20s to mid30s lurking in the hallway of this building where he made his move in the third incident, entering through a front door where the lock was broken and following a 40yearold woman into an elevator and forced himself into her apartment where police say he raped her and stole her cellphone before running away. Fashion week it was one of the worst natural disasters in recorded history, the morning after christmas 10 years ago a massive quake struck. The impact was devastating.
