I dont even know if its a published paper. Jennifer sent to me. This is several years ago and i read it and is talking about a path to nationhood for the native nation. What any native nation would look like. In the sense of where we been in terms of the history and were at this point in time. They took part of the and modified it a bit. Its an article that was published in the quarterly back in 2006. That version is very modified. I still have it. Anything in terms of publication. I talk to people about my ideas. If you ask native people the discussions about what it really means for us simply taking place right now. With all of the allies theres in terms of them wanting to protect not only the water with the people and the way of life. Its going much faster than a lot of us are envisioning. In some ways you can see it. I think youre right. Because of the amount of those people. And getting educated. With our way of life and our language definitely taking place in accelerating. I thin

Missiles, and the commander of the soviet forces on the island had the authority already delivered from moscow that when the First American bomb dropped on cuba, he could fire a salvo of Tactical Nuclear weapon into the Guantanamo Naval base where there were 5000 marines. But just thousands that was so important, it shouldnt completely overlooked the other crisis, the sino indian war. China and india of the worlds two biggest countries by virtue of population. And back in the 1960s they were the cutting edge of a competition between democracy and communism. In many ways they were where the whole cold war was really going to be fought out. Kennedy had campaigned in 1959 and 1960, one of the flanks he campaigned on was the United States wanted india to win this competition. The state Department Memo was remarkably president and they got it right. A few days later the war began and the chinese began overrunning the frontline indian positions. Within a week or two india was in a very stric
