Reporter tonight the number of new cases reported in the south bay was 122, the largest singleday jump since the pandemic began, an increase the county Health Officer feared but anticipated as she told supervisors in a phone cull today. Recently were seeing worrisome signs that this increase may be accelerating. Reporter dr. Sara cody says the rise is likely due to three things. More is reopening. More people are going outside.
