May already be legal nonconforming or its legal now and its going to be rezoned in a way that use is no longer permitted, it will become legal nonconforming. How we treat those uses, obviously theyre allowed to stay. In some cases depending on the use, theyre allowed to expand to some degree with certain approvals. The legitimate am i sayization process we did for eastern neighborhoods was specifically for projects that had not got earn their permit so they werent legal but uses that could have gotten their permits when they went but they didnt. The neighborhood and has a Significant Impact on what is a residential area. The church brings a business in, when you bring a business with traffic impact, that business is burdened with showing how theyll mitigate those traffic issues. The other thing is the what happens if you have kids that you dropped off at school, everybody will park on both sides of sanchez street with their flashers on. I pray nothing happens to any of those children. So, i believe wed like to see the project and project sponsors reach out to the neighborhood and show how thats not going to end up being one of those really bad and dangerous traffic situations from this change.
