Its expanding into philadelphia. This is where the fill lives were supposed to play tonight. You can see all the heavy rain in New Castle County starting to get some of the brighter colors around philadelphia. But this is clearly the heaviest near middletown. And now a Flash Flood Warning has been issued for a portion of New Castle County until 7 30. And reminder not to drive through tlooded roads. Because the water is very powerful. We also were veeing a big increase in the rainfall in the philadelphia area. Heres chester county. Back to the west and some of that delaware rain is coming up too. Its going to be a very wet night. The biggest threat is for delaware and south engineer sere. Northern delaware, they have had had so much rain this month. Its 3 00 p. M. Friday to 3 00 p. M. Saturday. The greatest threat is from the heavy rain causing flooding. Perhaps even creeks and rivers. And the chance of some severe storms as well. At least for a a brief period. Just some small showers mostly in delaware right now. Not bothering anybody. Not associated with this main area that is back to the west in West Virginia and ohio. Jessica boyington, thank you. Overnight flames ripped through a home leaving one person dead and a firefighter injured. And we have heard another person jumped out of a window of the burning home. Matt delucia is joining us from the scene. What are you learning . Reporter the fire is out, but the question is whether or not foul play was involved. This is the scene in the 1800 block of east clementine street in east kensington. Some of the firefighters and police are still working here at the scene at the moment, but the fire started at 10 40 last night with heavy flames initially on the first floor of this home. Firefighters found a man dead on the second floor. Now before they got here, another man jumped out of a secondfloor window. He is at temple hospital right now in stable condition. A firefighter was also treated for heatrelated issues but is expected to be okay. The cause of the fire is still unknown, but the philly Police Crime Scene unit is here along with homicide investigat

Mouth but the homeowner was still able to escape. The neighbor who we heard at 11 00 a. M. Walk me through. What happened inside her home. Carol lives right here behind me. She was watching tv when she noticed that black truck pull up right across the street at her neighbors house. She watch ed for a a minute and then it happened. Four men broke into that house. Fortunately, she did the right thing and called 911. The view from sky force 10 hit a quiet neighborhood. S. W. A. T. Teams, helicopters and offer officers voubded the home after four men broke into the house and threatened the homeowner. Stuck a gun in his mouth and threatened to kill him. I was watching from up here. You can see everything. From inside her home, her neighbor saw the Home Invasion as it was happening. He opened up the window and the screen and he was right here. He had his rifle. Two of the suspects were arrested shortly after police arrived. Two others barricade themselves inside the house for three hours. Sk
