M. Friday to 3 00 p. M. Saturday for the worst of it. The flooding and heavy rain is going to be the biggest issue. The possibility is more for delaware and south jersey. Temperatures now are in the mid 0s to near 80 degrees. Park side, 80 degrees in parkwood. And the temperatures over the weekend are not even going to get to 80 degrees i dont think. We just had some isolated showers in our region. A lot more impressive area back to the west. Thats not all that well organized. At least not yet. And so thats going to some time. These are isolated showers. Nothing to do with the storm thats coming. The computer model maybe even overestimating them because the clouds today l really cut down on the heating to trigger these things. There we go into tomorrow morning. Again, just an isolated shower to start off with. But other models showing big increase in the rainfall. Later tomorrow, so early in the day, thats the best part of the day tomorrow. The end of the day is friday night is the worst part. Because here comes some heavier rain as we go into friday evening. Overnight hours, obviously, Better Weather to the north than to the south. So it depends on what neighborhood youre in. But a lot of neighborhoods could get really heavy rain tomorrow night and into saturday. The rain just hangs around. Its a political deal to offset changes to medicaid and secure votes, but neither of those are in that bill roigt now. The attorney general says its really not about the amount that matters. Its about a system where everyone can have guaranteed access to treatment. Vandals aimed at police, three suspects were caught on cameras spray painting antipolice messages. Just some isolated showers around here now. This is just the beginning of the moisture building up as it heads towards the coast. Just these isolated showers and thunderstorms this evening. Then thing its quiet down overnight and they start off pretty nice tomorrow. And then here comes the trouble. The colors get brighter late tomorrow. Theres some really heavy rain going saturday morning and then the storm itself is not moving very fast. The moisture lingers throughout the day saturday and some models have it lingering into sunday. Sunday wont be anywhere near as bad as saturday. Now one of the other issues is the amount of rain. Theres a lot of rain from philly, less rain to the north. The amounts to the south are just astonishing. As we get closer in this computer model, this is the european model and most accurate in the world that has predicted this storm when the other models did not. Some of the potential indications here are really pretty impressive here. So you have close to 2 inches in philly. Thats plenty to produce some floding. If this storm tracks farther to the north, you have bigger trouble. We also have a potential wind gust issue. So the actual costs would be somewhere between 2. 4 million and 8. 4 million which is a small percentage of the 6 billion that the military spend for Health Care Services for active members in 2014.
