Oakland police allied agencies, california highway patrol, the Alameda County Sheriffs Office responded to the scene conducted an investigation and detained 4 people of those 4 people. Officials at opd confirmed that 2 were arrested. They will not say whether the 4 that were detained the to the to do to that were arrested, whether they were students or not, they wont give any information about the people who were detained.
