According to police, they were called out to an area of van n van winkle lane, the victim was he suffered oneib gun shot woun and was pronounced dead quickly after police found him. The patrick fire also in napa county, 3 contained. And then this. Some evacuees are being allowed to return home. But what happens when they get home . But things are far from normal here. There is a lot of fire damage and most dont have power. Turn on a light . The lights arent on.
