The patrick fire also in napa county, 3 contained. And then this. Some evacuees are being allowed to return home. But what happens when they get home . We begin our Team Coverage tonight with nbc bay areas jean elle. Shes live in napa with more. Reporter the good news tonight for some evacuees is they can come home. But things are far from normal here. There is a lot of fire damage and most dont have power. Turn on a light . The lights arent on. Reporter Allison Whitlock is checking on her home in napa after a mandatory Evacuation Order in her neighborhood is lifted. Many of her neighbors homes are destroyed.
