Tobyhanna man arrested for homicide after Swiftwater shooting A Tobyhanna man is in custody on a homicide charge after allegedly shooting another Tobyhanna man Tuesday evening at Swiftwater Luxury Apartments on Route 611. Jamaine Wilkins, 49, is accused of shooting 38-year-old Prince X. Brown twice, according to a release from the Pocono Township Police Department. The shooting, which took place in the parking lot, followed a verbal altercation, police said. The men were described as familiar with each other. Brown was taken to St. Luke s Medical Center in Bartonsville, where he was pronounced dead. The Pocono Township Police were assisted with the investigation by the Pennsylvania State Police.
