Its actually the third paper out, the first talked about how to think about the future, and we released one in the marine corps. This is a major paper on the army, and how to think about its relationship with National Security strategy and how the world is changing, and some recommendations for the path of the army needs to go down with a look out to a 30 year timeframe. We will follow up with a paper on the air force which is coming up next month, wrapping up by the end of the year with a paper on the navy so we have all four Services Covered and thinking about preparations for the future.
