Its actually the third paper out, the first talked about how to think about the future, and we released one in the marine corps. This is a major paper on the army, and how to think about its relationship with National Security strategy and how the world is changing, and some recommendations for the path of the army needs to go down with a look out to a 30 year timeframe. We will follow up with a paper on the air force which is coming up next month, wrapping up by the end of the year with a paper on the navy so we have all four Services Covered and thinking about preparations for the future. Lets put it over here the debate of print versus digital. Journalism is better today because there are many more tools. I grew up in new orleans. I only had access to one newspaper. The same kid who grows up in new orleans in a workingclass family now has access to as many newspapers as he can push a button for your he has access to video and to the whole world. We shouldnt get so caught up in the debates over the form and we shouldnt get so caught up in some of the romantic aspects of journalism, which believe me, i grew up in.
