Now, we did have the Oakland Fire Department about this. They say at this point, they have their investigators in the park now trying to determine a cause of origin. Oakland fire cannot confirm this is a fireworks related fire but hikers in the park say that is what happened. Let me give you a few numbers. Two alarms. They called in oakland fire and cal fire who brought in crews from as far away as marin county and a helicopter to knock the fire down. It is surrounded by homes in Joaquin Miller park. It has been contained at three acres. We spoke to a battalion chief and he says at this point, there is no danger. No damage to any homes.
