The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways in a statement said it has decided that all lanes in the fee plazas on National Highways shall be declared as FASTag lane of the fee plaza from midnight of 15th/16th February 2021.

However, considering the fact that many are yet to buy a FASTag and are making cash payments at toll plazas, the ministry has now decided to extend the deadline till 15 February, 2021. This means that all vehicle owners will now have time till 15 February to get a FASTag affixed.
