Headed towards 95 is where youll see some of the lane restrictions. Theyre actually just over for the off ramp. Its not blocking off any of the lanes right now. Out in upper merion, we have more reports of a road obstruction in trinity road, north and southbound right near the schuylkill expressway and the rest of our drive times for the philadelphia area are doing just fine, no problems on 95, the schuylkill or the blue route so far for the morning. I am told they are interviewing the two friends who found the victim inside his third floor apartment youre looking at right now. Those two friends told police they had stopped by the mans apartment right at the intersection of poplar and 15th street around 1 00 this morning and when they got inside they found him lying on the floor bleeding from the head and they called 911.
