Out in upper merion, we have more reports of a road obstruction in trinity road, north and southbound right near the schuylkill expressway and the rest of our drive times for the philadelphia area are doing just fine, no problems on 95, the schuylkill or the blue route so far for the morning. Chris . Speaking of mass transit, happening today, septa will start selling the Regional Rail papal passes in person. The tickets are good for either the saturday or sunday of the popes visit in september. You have to go to a septa station to buy these. You can buy them online like you could earlier. They cost 10 and you could buy up to ten for each day. On monday we expect to get a clear outline from the city of philadelphia on its detailed plans for the papal visit. Thats when the city and the world meeting of families will release what theyre calling the papal cplaybook. We did get a taste of some of the information that will be in the playbook. People who live in restricted areas can leave but they wonten allowed back in. Trash and recycling pickup will be suspended friday and monday. Also as expected, no drones allowed in the city. Hospitals all over the area, not just inside the city are preparing for the crowds that will come to see the pope that weekend. Katy zachry is live at Lankenau Medical Center with what doctors and nurses there will be doing differently. Katy, explain this. Investigators say the victim was parked on longshore avenue in the citys mayfair section when killer walked up and fired at least 12 shots. The victim made it out of his car but died on the sidewalk. Two women have been sexually assaulted on the course in the past few weeks. In the most recent case, the victim was knocked unconscious before being assaulted. Back in july, police say another victim was dragged into the woods. In both cases, the victims gave very similar description to decks, muscular, clean shaven hispanic male, about 55, in his 30s.
