state police are looking into what happened here. roosevelt leftwich, abc2 news. thanks, rosie. the family of a paramedic killed in a 2008 medi vac helicopter crash in maryland is suing the federal government for $15 million. mickey lippy and three others were killed when the helicopter went down in prince george s county in september 2008. the national transportation safety board concluded that crash was caused by a combination of factors including a pilot who was not skilled in instrument landing approaches and air traffic controllers who provided outdated weather information. the sole survivor of that crash has been through more than 20 surgeries since the accident. baltimore county police are investigating a 2006 cold case as a homicide. police say the remains of 46- year-old nina turka skya found them along hole gate road and farmville road in june of 2006. her husband called police on may 22nd to report her missing. he told police his wife had left their home in h
