Ten year old boy accused of murder following a deadly stabbing at an east bay safeway, definitely surprised, especially with the crime of this magnitude that the suspect is someone of such a young age. Its not something that you see every day and the young suspect arrested at his middle school. Good evening everyone. Im mike mibach and im julie julie haener. The deadly stabbing happened last month at a Safeway Store in san leandro. The victim, just 18 years old, new at ten. Tonight, ktvu is amber lee joins us now. Police tell me that this deadly stabbing started as a dispute between two groups of teenagers and that there is no evidence that they knew each other prior to this incident. Ahead of the hearing today, an uber spokesperson warned in a statement that a change to prop 22 would affect, quote, millions of californians who would see Major Service reductions and Cost Increases or lose ridesharing and food delivery entirely. We are confident that the Supreme Court will listen to the will of california voters and uphold prop 22, end quote i dont believe it was okay for the voters to experts say the California Supreme Court could split the difference. It could be something in between. Perhaps the California Supreme Court will take out the most controversial parts of the legislation, and let the rest of it stand.
