In the meantime police told nbc news in the past hour a ka of tieria worker tried to stop alleged shooter Jaylen Fryberg during his rampage. They confirmed he used a. 40 caliber gun it happened in the cafeteria of his high school in marysville. Student gave this account on the today show. Health organization now counts more than 10,000 cases, almost all of them as we know in liberia, sierra leone and guinea. Nearly half of them have been fatal. Now, the w. H. O. Says that 450 Health Workers have caught the virus and almost all in west africa and so far 244 have died. The ebola threat has them imposing new travel restrictions starting monday. Those entering from ebola affected areas will be subjected to 21 days of monitoring plus the states of new york and new jersey now require a 21day quarantine for Health Care Workers returning from west africa. And illinois is also beginning a similar policy for travelers who have had direct contact with ebola patients in the region. Well have expert analysis on all of that in roughly around 30 minutes. As we start here, cities from eastern nng, up in philadelphia, including the d. C. Area, are under the threat of tornadoes. At least four more people were killed this afternoon. Some in waverly, virginia, where there has been significant damage from an apparent tornado. At least seven people have died since this time yesterday.
