Evening to see some of the light rain moving into northern Sonoma County and then as we go into tonight, some of the heavier downpours moving in, into some of those wild fire ravaged areas and San Francisco with lighter rain tonight and making its way into parts of the peninsula as well as the east bay and into san jose shortly before midnight, youll hear some of that rain coming down through the roof and also breezy winds. Sherman park neighborhood except the jobs dont exist there. The state is blaming a mapping error, but residents and activists want to know, where are the jobs . Political reporter theo keith took a closer look theo . After the recent unrest, activists say the state is trying to deceive people into believing its hard at work in sherman park. But state Officials Say the activists only want an easy headline. Leisa martin says the sherman park neighborhood where she needs jobs. Weve known that for quite some time. She was one of the activists that gathered tuesday at sherman and meinecke. A map on a state website shows three companies have created jobs at the intersection with state tax credits. There are no jobs here. There are no new factories here none of the companies actually exist in sherman park. Ones downtown, ones on the far northwest side, and the third is in hartland. A spokesman for the Wisconsin Economic Development corporation blamed it on a mapping precisely plotted, the map
