Today, was a day of remembering those three children and others in the foster care and adoption system. Ktivs tiffany lane was at the war eagle monument this morning where marchers began their trek throughout sioux city. Tiffany . Sheila, it was a peaceful and prayerful march, with a goal. To reconnect foster and adopted children. And reconnect them with their families. Beginning and he says some children who arent with their biological families will see this and hopefully reconnect with them. One family hoping to reconnect with theiriroved one through the march was Delphine Oconnor and her son michael. Delphine says her granddaughter Maria Helena Flores was taken into foster care nearly 20 years ago. She says during that time, an injury caused maria to become quadriplegic. Reed was arrested in connection to a theft at the waterloo Dicks Sporting Goods store reported back in october. Kwwls Jessica Hartman joins us live in the newsroom with the latest. Jessica . Police say tiffany reed and two other women robbed the Sporting Goods store taking 5 grand in north face jackets before she was arrested later that day. The arrest happened on october first during a police chase in washington county. State troopers chased reed and two other women that ended with one trooper shooting at the car.
