Today, were dealing with the effects of the winter storm that hit siouxland yesterday and overnight. As the morning snow hit, roads and sidewalks began to freeze over. Sioux city was a white out earlier yesterday, with less than half a mile visibility. And the icy sidewalks and streets were making it more difficult for travel.
