But it is building up and its causing some issues. Forget about driving the Blue Ridge Parkway big chunks are closed due to snow just like schools, roads too tough for buss to tackle. Students do not care. You do not they have missed seven days because of snow but do not have to make them up. Why . Well, the school day in avery county is 20 minutes longer. That builds up and so when we miss days like this, we dont have to make it up. They were making up snow days no telling how long they will be out this time, especially with temperatures expected to dip to extreme levels. Many folks like shane mills want winter to go away. Vehicles at two more stations were hit. One in huntersville, and the other down in fort mill. Brody oconnell has the latest on the search for those doing this and its new at 5 00 p. M. The Flint Hill Fire Department in fort mill, South Carolina, the latest target for thieves. The Sheriffs Office tells wbtv multiple vehicles were broken into overnight. All of them belonging to firefighters. To the north in huntersville, the local Fire Department is rebounding from the same situation. Very disappointing and sad. You know, we are learning some of the vehicles are targeted while on fire calls and some of the vehicles targeted while we saturday morning four firefighter vehicles were broken into in huntersville.
