We begin with breaking news. Police have a perimeter set up in north denver. This is at 38th and high street. We have just learned aawoman was shot there. Denver 7 reporter Lindsay Watts is live on the scene. Police. Reporter officers here are investigating a very scary situation that unfolded about two hours ago. Police say that three men broke into one of these apartments behind me and then shot a woman inside. Police say that her injuries dont appear to be life threatening. She was able to talk. She was transported to the hospital. We are hoping she is going to be all right. Those three suspects are still on the run right now. Police havent offered much of a description of them. We just know they are three African American men. You can see police have set up a large perimeter. This is 38th avenue right at the intersection of high street.
