Man shot and killed by a Wauwatosa Police officer four months ago. Is pushing for answers. Jay andersons family wants the officer to face criminal charges. And will hold a News Conference today. After learning the same Police Officer was involved in another shooting related death last year sunday andersons family released balloons in wauwatosas madison park. Jay anderson was sitting in a parked car in that park on june 23rd when he was shot. Police say the officer went to investigate the suspicious vehicle.
