Also as of last night, it was still 15 contained. Close to 200 buildings have been destroyed, including 86 homes, some 90,000 others remain threatened. The other big story were following this morning, pg es latest round of Power Outages, which also went better than expected for people outside of the north bay. The utility never turned off the power for some people in santa clara, alameda, contra costa and san mateo counties. The predicted overnight weather conditions never materialized.
