We are looking at temperatures that will be similar to yesterday. It is seasonal. We have another day with that haziness and smoke with a spare the air alert in effect. Many locations look better for the air quality, so those yellow dots indicate moderate air quality but those red dots are unhealthy air for portions of the peninsula as well as for the north bay. Here we go, we are looking at our extreme heat continuing for us today and with it, with those daytime highs, likely tying or breaking records. We have some cooling centers open. Santa rosa will have them from 11 00 to 7 00 four people trying to get some relief from the heat at Rincon Valley library and the Salvation Army senior center. If you do go out there, you will need to wear your mask as well as social distance. In santa rosa, highs are in the triple digits.
