Show Transcript the pandemic has made people take notice of their habits and some are trying to make changes. According to a study of 2000 Americans conducted by one poll on behalf of verb, 67% of respondents wanted to improve their health and wellness in 2020 due to the pandemic. However, with an unpredictable world, 58% of respondents said that they find sticking to the new habits during the public health crisis. Next to impossible. The average respondent tried to start 19 habits during the pandemic in 2020 and only kept four of them. Yet people still have hope for a healthy 2021. The verb study found that 39% have resolved to eat better, 33% plan to manage their stress better and 30% want to exercise consistently. Here s hoping these healthy goals stick
