Reporter the city has heard those concerns and is launching abunprecedented Educational Assistance program, helping 6,000 students with Distance Learning needs. Technology support. Reporter this fall, dozens of rec centers, libraries and Community Centers will be transformed into socalled learning hubs, where Young Students struggling with online class work can go and get support and assistance in smalla groups.
