Francisco where theres been a stabbing at glide Memorial Church. Ktvus Tara Moriarty joins us live now from the scene in San Francisco good afternoon, tara. Reporter a glide Memorial Staff member was attacked inside the block. It happened around 10 00 a. M. The suspect ran off. They were later seen on a bus. Police detained them. When we first pulled up, there was an officer who led another staff member in the car for questioning. Probably getting some witness type of statements. We do know that the person who was attacked was stabbed in the shoulder. They were taken to San Francisco General Hospital and they are expected to survive. Now, glide Memorial Church did release a statement, they say, we are saddened by this occurrence and we continue to be committed to making our environment safe and welcoming as we serve San Franciscos most vulnerable communities.
