So, as that moisture first arrives it starts as snow. But then we get the changeover. So, the change to rain really happens again from the southeast to the northwest. South jersey, delaware, its pretty early tomorrow morning, between 5 oclock and 8 oclock. The i95 corridor its between 8 oclock and 11 oclock but that cold air will be holding on a lot longer in our far north and west suburb.
