Mcclain admitted to the abuse according to a transcript detailing his conversation with a detective. During the interview the pastor admitted that temptation got the best of him. Most of the rest of the interview is too graphic to share on tv but at one point mcclain says the sexual relationship was consensual. And mcclain said the victim initiated the sexual relationship. If they agree to put the former governors Corruption Case on the docket, oral arguments could start before june. If the court denies mcdonnells petition, he will be forced to go to prison to serve out mcdonnell guilty of corruption. Jurors found the former governor and his wife maureen, traded political favors for gifts and loans from a wealthy businessman for special treatment.
