It is an honor to stand before you today as they 57th governor of the great state of missouri. Some point in our lives many of us have probably been reminded of the importance of considering the past when making decisions for the future. It also seems fitting that such a historic milestone, missouris bicentennial celebration, coincides with these challenges.
