Wright, who most recently worked at Iowa State University’s Pappajohn Center for Entrepreneurship, will begin her new role on April 19. Flint Community Schools Return to In-Person Learning In a meeting last night, the school board voted to transition back to in-person classes. On Wednesday night, the school board of Flint Community Schools took a vote on returning to in-person classes. The results of the vote were five members voting yes to return to in-person classes with only one member voting against it. We need to make our decision based on what is best for our kids and the parents and right now they are ready to go to school.said school board member Diana Wright. Moving forward, students in self-contained classrooms, the Early Childhood Developmental Delay (ECDD,) and Pre-K through third grade will return to in-person classes on Monday, March 15th. Students in fourth through twelfth grade will return on Monday, March 22nd.

Red Cross asks for blood donations in honor of Black History Month MTN and last updated 2021-02-08 18:00:17-05 GREAT FALLS — The Montana Red Cross is asking people to give blood in honor of Black History Month. As an incentive, all donors who give in February will receive a $5 Amazon gift card, made possible by a one-million dollar donation from Amazon. Montana Red Cross director Diana Wright told MTN that when the temperatures drop this low, a lot of people tend to cancel their blood appointments. But despite the winter weather and potential decline in supply, the Red Cross still has a high demand for blood and plasma donations.
