Flint Community Schools Return to In-Person Learning
In a meeting last night, the school board voted to transition back to in-person classes.
On Wednesday night, the school board of Flint Community Schools took a vote on returning to in-person classes. The results of the vote were five members voting yes to return to in-person classes with only one member voting against it.
We need to make our decision based on what is best for our kids and the parents and right now they are ready to go to school.said school board member Diana Wright.
Moving forward, students in self-contained classrooms, the Early Childhood Developmental Delay (ECDD,) and Pre-K through third grade will return to in-person classes on Monday, March 15th. Students in fourth through twelfth grade will return on Monday, March 22nd.
