A 25-year-old man faces multiple charges after allegedly gunning down a 34-year-old man who was attending a New Brighton memorial for a shooting victim in September.
Tyler Carmon, 25, a resident of the 500 block of Manor Road in Castleton Corners, was charged Thursday with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a firearm, according to a statement from the NYPD.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Three men were arrested Saturday night in connection with an alleged armed robbery outside a Mariners Harbor deli.
Police arrested Tyree Hicks, 32, of the Park Hill section of Clifton, in connection with the incident, along with Timothy Jones and Demario Vassar both 27-years-olds with home addresses listed in Memphis.
