We are starting out with the little bit of fog in the north bay valley locations reporting low visibility and temperatures this morning a few degrees warmer than where we started yesterday and in any case a cool start with temperatures in the 30s and 40s and for the afternoon slightly warmer and are partly cloudy skies mid to upper 50s expected for the bay area.
