Francisco. Where police have arrested a suspect in connection with the shooting death of a 65 year old woman late yesterday morning. A short time later. Officers found and arrested Jonathon Santos on mansell street. Near john mclaran park. The 24yearold from vallejo was charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder. The victim has been identified as 65yearold lian xiu wu. She was killed near the intersection of broad street and Plymouth Avenue in the citys taraval district. Two other victims, a 40 yearold man and 51yearold manare expected to survive. Wu was walking out to a bus stopwhen she was shot and killed. Police described her as an innocent victim.
