Mostly clear skies but theres rain in rain clouds and high mown int mountain snow in western colorado. So we have moisture coming through. Still effects of that. But for today, in denver in the dry side of this whole thing. So we will go about 51 at 9 a. M. Mostly sunny and 65 at noon. 68 for the high and thats above normal for this time of year. Its partly clouty and we have got 36 in erie and englewood 43 on button. Larry out there check this out this is interesting. We have a low pressure area over colorado. We have rain coming up south to north across the Eastern Plains along the kansas line out here. And then it wrap western side of the state where we have clouds socking in that area and a little rain and very High Mountain snow on the peaks they have snow and in the front range we are under a dry slot. So we have mostly clear skies going on around here. So, interesting shot there. Now as far as the forecast goes for today, we are going to be mostly sunny during the day for us. This is the original 16inch pipe that was installed in 1890. Its extremely old. We have a closure obviously because theres a lot of work to do. 6th is still closed ee while denver water works to repair the broken main and that nearly 130yearold pipe, its amazing its lasted this long. It took some serious work to actually access this break. Just after 6 00 this morning water started spilling out onto 6th street, creating quite the hydroplane. Once denver water shut the water off they got to work to access this historic pipe. As a result hundreds were left without water. Pablos coffee shop closed its doors because of the mess.
