Michael ferreira is in custody. He is suspected of throwing a rock through a window at the office at 18th no one was hurt. Earlier that morning, someone painted profanity and anti trump messages on the wall and windows. No word on whether ferrera was leaked to the vandalism case. On the democratic side former president ial candidate Bernie Sanders was in colorado today campaigning for his former rival Hillary Clinton and democratic u. S. Congress candidate Morgan Carroll. Its partly clouty and we have got 36 in erie and englewood 43 on button. Larry out there check this out this is interesting. We have a low pressure area over colorado. We have rain coming up south to north across the Eastern Plains along the kansas line out here. And then it wrap western side of the state where we have clouds socking in that area and a little rain and very High Mountain snow on the peaks they have snow and in the front range we are under a dry slot. So we have mostly clear skies going on around here. So, interesting shot there. Now as far as the forecast goes for today, we are going to be mostly sunny during the day for us. Was shot and killed overnight. A lot of their attention was focused on businesses next door. I talked to these businesses here and they say their business had nothing to do with the crime. The body was found inside of this home. Investigators have been on this scene since very early this morning. A Crime Lab Unit arrived later and have focused solely on what neighbors describe as a basement unit. Many people around here we heard theres a lot of traffic coming in and out of the home. Thats a common theme we were hearing. We talked quite a few of them who said the same thing. Police havent confirmed a lot of details. Were still talking with denver police. All theyll say is a man was shot overnight. Police say likely the crime occurred inside this house. All unfolded or what the motive is, so theres still a lot of questions that need to be answered. Including attempted murder. Robbery, and kidnapping. A year ago, the men robbed a Lakewood Bank taking more than 50,000. During that get away, they stole a mans vehicle from his garage. Then shot him multiple times but it did not stop there. They crashed that vehicle, ran into the parking lot of this Sheridan Rec Center and tried to carjack a woman.
