Rudimentary pipe bomb containing gunpowder. A u. S. Postal Service Carrier delivered it to the home. The bomb was designed to go off when the package was open. Investigators are focusing on gang members the officer may have arrested as potential suspects. These are serious federal felonies and this is an ongoing investigation.
