Authorities. According to that report, police got a call from someone who knows Garcia Martinez on february 9th. They aranged to speak with garciamartinez and noticed the same van witnesses had been describing sitting in his driveway. During the interview Garcia Martinez said it was a dark colored car which hit 2year old evelyn green. He said that car sped away and he stopped, in his van, to help the little girl and her family.
