Right now, police are looking for 44yearold lacy howard. Metro says the victim got in a fight with another man at an apartment complex near lamb and karen monday night. Police say the victim was shot and killed and the gunman took off. Metro is also looking for a vehicle involved in a shooting near the las vegas strip. Police say two cars were driving on tropicana approaching the strip when someone in a black sedan fired shots at another car. Two people in that car were hurt. They were able to take themselves to the hospital, where they were treated and released. Police dont believe this was a random shooting. And say theyre looking for a black, four door sedan with chrome wheels. They believe there was a man and three women inside that car. New this morning. The man accused of hitting and killing 2yearold evelyn green appeared before a judge yesterday. Fox5s Miguel Martinezvalle has details of the arrest and why the suspect says the wrong person may be behind bars who knows Garcia Martinez on february 9th. They aranged to speak with Garcia Martinez and noticed the same van witnesses had been describing sitting in his driveway. During the interview Garcia Martinez said it was a dark colored car which hit 2yearold evelyn green. He said that car sped away and he stopped, in his van, to help the little girl and her family. He eventually changed his story in another interview with police, saying while the dark car hit evelyn first, he might have accidently ran her over after not being able to swerve. He said he didnt Contact Police because he was scared. There was no other car behind there, if there was a car behind him it wouldve been going real fast. I didnt see no vehicle. Neighbors say they didnt see a dark car, but North Las Vegas police say they cant exactly rule that out until theyre done examining Garcia Martinezs van. The family is at piece right now as for evelyns family, theyre in california for her funeral. After pleading early last week for the person responsible for his daughters death to turn himself in, he says hes happy someone is behind bars for his babys death. Metro says the victim got in a fight with another man at an apartment complex near lamb and karen monday night. Police say the victim was shot and killed and the gunman took off. Metro is also looking for a vehicle involved in a shooting near the las vegas strip. Police say two cars were driving on tropicana approaching the strip when someone in a black sedan fired shots at another car. Two people in that car were hurt. They were able to take themselves to the hospital, where they were treated and released. Police dont believe this was a random shooting, but say theyre looking for a black, four door sedan with chrome wheels. They believe there was a man and three women inside that car. Police are asking for your help finding two men wanted in connection with a robbery at a local tavern. Police got some really good pictures, take a look. Police say these two men were at a bar near eastern and flamingo on january 25, right before it was robbed. Theyre accused of holding the door open for the robbery suspect. Police say they arrived in this dark four door sedan. The men are being called persons of interest and police want to talk to them. But the homeowner shot the attempted intruder in the face Alexander Gonzales knocked on at least two doors near las vegas boulevard and saint rose parkway on friday night. One of the homeowner was and ended up gonzales in the face. Charged with attempted burglary with a we have new details about last weeks nearly 12 hourlong standoff at a valley apartment complex. A federal judge ruled he would be held without bail community. He was arrested when he traveled to Portland Oregon after armed protesters led by his sons took over a National Wildlife preserve. The judge says bundy will not be released ahead of the trial because theres a risk he wouldnt show up for future court dates. Bundys charges come from an armed 2014 standoff.
