The little girl lived and last seen yesterday riding her scooter. Neighbors say the boy was taken away in handcuffs without incident. He was supposedly very calm. His friends and family however were hysterical. Screaming. And crying and complete shock that he was taken that custody. Police quickly cordeny off section of the property. Neighbors tell us they were told that police were taping off the area because they found some evidence but what exactly they found has not yet been officially confirmed of zeros going up an down the stairs of the complex presumably in and out of the apartment where the boy lives. Neighbors are stunned by the development. They say the 15yearold boy is plight. Well spoken young man. Hes lived here at the tan ri for at least 5 years.
