The victim has been identified as 65yearold lian xiu wu. She was killed near the intersection of broad street and Plymouth Avenue in the citys taraval district. Fire. It is considered accidental. Arson has now been officiallt ruled out. Four people died in that fire. Four others, including two children were hospitalized with injuries.
