Francisco. Where police have arrested a suspect in connection with the shooting death of a 65 year old woman late yesterday morning. A short time later. Officers found and arrested Jonathon Santos on mansell street. Near john mclaran park. The 24yearold from vallejo was charged with murder and two counts of attempted murder. The victim has been identified as 65yearold lian xiu wu. She was killed near the intersection of broad street and Plymouth Avenue in the citys taraval district. Fire. It is considered accidental. Arson has now been officiallt ruled out. Four people died in that fire. Four others, including two children were hospitalized with injuries. Just three days before the fire, City Building inspectors found multiple fire code violations, including sprinklers and smoke alarms that did not work.
