Gloucester county. Officials say the propane is coming from a rail car parked in austin court in Logan Township. Residents living within a half mile radius is asked to leave their home. Its up clear how much has leaked out so far. We have learned that this leak as forced police to close exit 10 on i295 southbound. And logan police are handling the evacuation of nearby homes.
